Just talked to the Korean Consulate.  Looks like I’ve got an interview there at 10:30 in the morning.  Which means I’m headed to San Francisco at 6 am tomorrow.  No time for cold feet anymore I guess.

And We’re Off!!!

So here’s the plan.  Since I’ve sent off all my information to the consulate to be arriving by midday there, we’ll be setting up an appointment to interview in San Francisco on either Wednesday or Thursday likely.  From there, quickie interview process later, I’ll be staying there for two days before heading out to Seoul!

I just realized that speaking Korean is going to be slightly hard. Some phrases for you all to try:
yong-o-rul hahl-jool asim-ni-ka = Do you speak English?
jeo-nun han-kook-o-rul jo-gum-bah-ke mo-tahm-ni-da = I only speak a little Korean.
je-i-rum-eun Matt im-ni-da. = My name is Matt.
